Join us at Winchester Auto Barn on Sunday, March 8th 2026 for our WILDS Wedding Fayre. Whether you’re planning a wedding in 2026, 2027, or 2028, we’re here to help you make your dream wedding day a reality.
From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll be inspired by a plethora of creative setups and amazing suppliers, showcasing everything from wedding cakes to stationery and so much more. You’ll have the opportunity to speak with our experienced event planners and discuss the range of stunning venues we work with across Hampshire.
To ensure you get the best experience, tickets must be pre-booked in advance. Tickets cost £10.00 and include a glass of welcome bubbles, canapés and nibbles, a goody bag*, and time with a range of suppliers and our WILDS event planners.
*Please note: Goody bags are reserved for paid ticket entries.

EVENT INFORMATION
The WILDS Wedding Fayre will be open from 10am until 3pm.
Tickets are pre-booked only and there will be no walk-in availability on the day.
The event is being held at Winchester Auto Barn, Winchester, SO21 3NS
There is plenty of FREE parking!

Hampshire Event DJs are the highest-rated DJs on Google in Hampshire and work with over 300 couples a year. They even have an app to help couples pick their favourite music.
Yasemin Bilgiç Hair and Makeup will be showcasing her incredible makeup and hair packages and will be available to talk to wedding couples on the day.
Crystal Hire is offering a plethora of spectacular glassware and tableware for our wedding setups – so you can see first hand how amazing their products are!
Pole To Pole will be providing a range of bars and marquee furniture to inspire your wedding marquee setups.

Emily Scotney Photography will be joining us, showcasing her fantastic wedding photography and will be available for booking 2025 & 2026 weddings.
Zoe Palmer is a highly experienced Travel Counsellor, offering advice for perfect honeymoon destinations.
Angela Ward Brown is one of Hampshire’s best wedding photographers. We’re lucky to have her joining us for the day!
The Lodge Florist will be in attendance, offering sensational flowers and creative designs.
