GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS
BACKGROUND
From 25 May 2018, Data Protection Regulations changed so that any organisation that processes EU residents’ personal identifiable information (PII) will be affected by the GDPR. The Regulations aim to unify and strengthen existing data protection rules. Any organisation that processes PII will have to conform to a number of regulations, or risk significant penalties. For example, any breaches of GDPR will, by law, must be reported within 72 hours. For serious breaches, fines of up to 4% of the organisation’s annual turnover may be imposed.

We collect information from you when you make your booking, whether by email or telephone. Information collected during your enquiry may include your Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email and other relevant information to service your enquiry.

Wilds Events & Management will use your personal information to respond to your query, in relation to other third-party suppliers (with regards to servicing your enquiry or event, etc.), and for marketing at Wilds Events & Management.
We may contact you by email, post, or telephone, and by providing telephone details, you specifically consent to our contacting you by these methods.
