With a background in events and hospitality spanning over three decades, Lucy knows how to make any event truly special. She always has her finger on the pulse of what the ‘next big thing’ in design in weddings and events will be – and she is always coming up with amazing ideas!

Phill is our very own culinary wizard, making every event we do nothing short of delicious. Phill can turn any dream menu into a reality, so whatever type of catering you’re looking for, Phill can make the magic happen.

OPERATIONS
Claire has managed hundreds of events (maybe even thousands!) and has the knowledge and attention to detail that will make any event a success. We’re lucky to have her watchful eye, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Bea Aguilar Diez
OPERATIONS
Bea ensures our events run smoothly, from start to finish. With her meticulous planning, attention to detail, and her eye for design – she makes the magic happen. She’s got an infectious laugh – and you can’t help but smile when you’re around her!
SOPHIE THORNE
EVENT SPECIALIST
Sophie has been with the WILDS team since the start, and has been an incredible asset to the team. She plans incredible parties, wonderful weddings and everything in-between.
RACHEL MEEHAN
SALES CO-ORDINATION
Rachel is our sales superstar, and she’s usually one of the first people you’ll speak to about an enquiry at one of our exclusive venues. She’s extremely knowledgeable, good fun and has lots of experience with weddings and events – so you know you’re in good hands.
JOEL PAGETT
GROUP MARKETING MANAGER
Joel is our tech and design whizz, looking after everything that has ‘bells and whistles’. Whether it’s updating the websites, posting on social media or designing wedding stationery, he loves being creative and getting stuck in!
ROSIE DUNNING
EVENT SPECIALIST
Rosie joined the WILDS Events team in early 2025 and has quickly embraced the ‘WILDS way’. She’s organised, knows her way around a cocktail bar and has planned a plethora of events, from major weddings to at home dinner parties!

Lauren is Phil’s trusted second-in-command and the undisputed queen of the kitchen. Having been part of the WILDS family for years, she knows better than anyone that great food isn’t just an addition to what we do, it’s the main event!
DEBBIE GOLDSWORTHY
OPERATIONS
Debbie oversees all aspects of our logistics with seamless precision. She ensures everything flows perfectly from point A to B and far beyond, keeping our events moving like clockwork.
SAM HIRD
ACCOUNTS
Sam joined the WILDS team in 2025, and helps with all things accounting. She’s got fantastic attention to detail which helps keep us all on track. She’s a pleasure to have around the office, and always has a smile on her face!
OUR WILDS OFFICES
In October 2025, WILDS moved into a brand-new home: The Old Stables at Chilbolton Down Farm. This move marks an exhilarating new chapter for us as we continue to grow. Our new headquarters provides the perfect footprint to house our expanding equipment collection, alongside a dedicated meeting and boardroom suite and plenty of room for our team to flourish.
